You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if:

These rights apply regardless of our store policy.

2. Change of Mind Returns

• We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

• We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

• You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund.

2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (unless faulty)

• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
